So...

I know:

     - I'm leaving my family

     - I'm leaving my friends

     - I'm leaving my sweet pup

     - I'm leaving my small town

     - I'm leaving Canada

     - I'm leaving for 11 months to travel the world and spread His name.

I feel:

     - normal

     - and weird

     - anxious

     - and excited

     - scared

     - but I'm at peace because the Lord has me where He wants me.

This next year is going to be incredible but totally out of my comfort zone and my control.

I'm going to experience things I never thought I'd experience. I'd never known I'd see. I'd never known I'd feel.

The Lord is going to wreck me, but stretch me.

He's going to move mountains and do the impossible. My squad has already witnessed his miraculous ways. He's provided and continuing to provide for all of us. Whether that be for fundraising, relationships, and spirituality.

And to my fellow squadmates, let's not forget why we are running this race and Who it is for.

I'm running this race with perseverance. (Hebrews 12:1) And I'm pressing towards the prize, towards heaven. (Philippians 3:14) 

I know this is going to be an adventure. And I seriously can't wait.
